I have been going to Dr. Whitfield for over 20 yrs. He is a very good, professional and caring physician. I have had only 1 issue where I honestly considered leaving due to his staff and was looking for a new physician. My friend suggested that I try to talk to him again, bc I sent a letter before but he may not have received it. He changed out the staff, bc several people were having the same issue that I have had. Although Dr. Whitfield is not perfect, he tries really hard to care and respect his patients. Yesterday, I had a visit bc I wasn't feeling myself and the clerk at the front desk said something that I thought was in appropriate. We'll Dr. and I discussed the issue and he explained the issue from her perspective. We laughed over the pissing party. He just wants everyone to get along. I am starting to feel better and I appreciate doc for the extra effort. I have recommended him and will continue to do so. "Life is to short to be upset"

This Dr.is awesome. Great bedside manners, friendly, easy to talk to and make you feel at ease during your visit. I definitely would refer him to others, as I already have.

His staff is friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable, which reflects well on him and the office environment he maintains. I was actually referred to this doctor and what I can honestly say is that Mr. Whitfield is the best doctor in the Dallas/Ft Worth area. He is super personable, caring, considerate and very knowledgeable. Every time, I come into the office, the staff is always considerate and customer service is amazing!! I am definitely grateful for him and his staff.
